Rooms and Rates

The Sunset Motel has 12 rooms and 2 end suites, 7 smoking, 7 non-smoking, each room has hot water baseboard heat, combination tub/shower, air conditioning, cable TV, in-room telephones, refrigerators, microwaves, ice, and freezer service.  Our rooms are constantly being updated, are very clean comfortable at reasonable rates for your stay with us.

Reservations/Cancellations

We cannot guarantee reservations without a deposit (one night's rent).  The exception being Christmas through New Years and deer season; which requires a nonrefundable $50.00.  In the event you find it necessary to cancel a reservation, we must be notified 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid billing.
